In addition to writing straight mono line physical damage insurance on commercial accounts, this division also likes to write what they call "ugly insurance," where there have been prior physical damage problems. They are looking for those exposures that, for one reason or another, other companies shy away from. If it has wheels and needs physical damage coverage, these are the folks to talk to. This also includes DOL and GKLL.

Through their producers they write in almost every state. Give them a call and see if they have a fix for your client. The Special Transportation Department is also interested in physical damage related program business. Although this is not everyday business for most agents, if the opportunity does present itself for a unique program, you have their ear.
